BTL LOW RATE WITH LOW FEES – 3.89% variable to September 2013
3.39% above Bank of England Base Rate (BOEBR) to 30th September 2013 reverting to 4.5% above BOEBR for term. The overall cost for comparison is 5.0% APR.

MORTGAGES AND FINANCE – recently placed deals
A client looking for £3m bridging finance to assist in moving to a new main residence prior to sale of the existing property.
We obtained an agreement in principle for 12 months bridging finance on a 4% pa pay rate with a 1.5% arrangement fee covering the full level of required borrowing including funds on deposit to cover interest payments.
These rates were prepared on 4 October 2011 and have been selected considering factors such as rate of interest charged and quality of lenders administration. Rates are accurate on the date of publishing but may be subject to change at short notice and terms are dependent on individual circumstances. Broker fees of up to 1.25% may be charged, although we are happy to discuss payment choices. Springtide Capital Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority.
