TWO YEAR TRACKER WITH OFFSET FUNCTIONALITY
1.69% above Bank of England Base rate to 31st October 2013 plus cash offset function where cash balances reduce the net interest charged – INTERMEDIARY EXCLUSIVE
Take advantage of the low tracker rate whilst utilising linked accounts to hold any cash balances. Any cash held effectively reduces the balance on which interest is charged each month. Alternatively viewed as obtaining an interest rate on cash equivalent to the mortgage rate being charged without any additional tax liability whilst retaining access to the cash for future use. The overall cost for comparison is 5.5% APR.
