We usually have a range of bespoke, market beating products, that we have specially arranged with a number of lenders.
We are not a lender and do not act on behalf of any lender in providing mortgage information. The lender's terms will apply to any application you make through us.

What do we cost?
There may be a fee for mortgage advice. Brokers fees of up to 1.25% may be charged, although we are happy to discuss payments options. The precise amount will depend upon your circumstances and loan amount. Springtide Capital Limited is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority. FSA does not regulate most buy to let or commercial mortgages or taxation advice.

Our role
We are able to act as mortgage advisers.
If we are providing advice or any information, we aim to ensure that the data provided is accurate and current and we update the site on a regular basis. Important information on Springtide Capital Limited
We are required to verify the identity of individuals who apply for a mortgage in accordance with the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 and the Money Laundering Regulations and no completion on a mortgage will take place until such verification has been obtained.
We cannot be held responsible if you are refused a mortgage by a particular lender or only granted one subject to conditions that you find unacceptable.
As part of the mortgage application process, information provided by you may be passed to credit reference agencies.
